A 6-Month Journey: 12–13 Bi-Weekly Sessions

Each session is 60–90 minutes and builds sequentially through the five stages. The experience includes assessments, applied tools, scenario work, and personalized planning.

Includes EQ self-assessment, communication framework, presence practice, and daily regulation habits. 

Stage 2: Detection — Seeing the Crisis Before It Breaks (Weeks 7–10)

Develops sensemaking, organizational scanning, risk awareness, pattern recognition, and early-stage intervention strategies.

Includes Early Warning Dashboard, vulnerability assessments, and intervention design. 

Stage 4: Recovery — Rebuilding Trust, Culture & Momentum (Weeks 17–20)

Focuses on psychological safety, culture repair, resilience building, burnout prevention, and trust restoration.

Includes trust-building plans, healing conversations, and resilience design. 

Stage 3: Response — Leading with Clarity When Pressure Peaks (Weeks 11–16)

Builds crisis agility, directive vs empowering balance, decision-making under incomplete information, and crisis communication mastery.

Includes decision protocols, style agility exercises, and crisis communication playbook. 

Stage 5: Future-Proofing — Transforming Crisis Into Resilience (Weeks 21–24)

Integrates lessons learned, builds systemic improvements, and creates sustainable leadership routines for long-term readiness.

Includes AARs, learning integration, long-term resilience plans, and development roadmap.
